Hello and Welcome!
I’m Chyla, a heart-led Results Coach and practitioner of the Embodied I Ching, making an impact on the world by helping humans to overcome obstacles and melt the layers around their heart.
Should you choose to embark on a journey with me — to meet the parts of yourself that have been locked away — you’ll soon discover that my coaching style is a blend of soft and gentle mixed with the force of fire and action.
What makes my style unique is that I am a highly sensitive person, meaning I won’t just be listening to the words you say— I’ll be feeling them too.
How my journey began
My own journey wasn’t always pleasant. I’ve walked through traumas, heartbreak, burnout, mental health, and a wide range of physical disease.
But the beauty of walking through this wild maze is that it leads to self-discovery and change.
I was being shown my truth and taught how to soften into who I truly am, to embrace both my shadow side and my light.
Secret 1
The first door that opened — allowing me to step into the deeper parts of myself — was meditation and learning about the chakra system (the energy system within the body).
The second door that opened was Crystal Light Healing.
After that, I was hooked. I wanted to know everything that had been kept a secret from me. I was lit up and needed to understand how everything was connected — how it all worked. I had been sick with a variety of illnesses since childhood and experiencing waves of depression that I was getting tired of navigating.
So, after six years working at a steel manufacturing plant and rebuilding the home I bought for myself at 21 years of age, I packed my bags and moved from Canada to Australia to study Ayurvedic medicine, known as the “Science of Life.”
I graduated with an Advanced Diploma and a Certificate in Mastering Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition — but I still wasn’t satisfied with my knowing. I was hungry to explore the parts of myself that felt unresolved: the psychology behind what was keeping me stuck and stopping my physical body from fully healing.
I spent five years learning and practicing with an esoteric spiritual group, exploring teachings from many different traditions — Egypt, China, Christianity, Buddhism, and more. Every week I attended classes, and each month we gathered for a full-day retreat to go deeper into the lessons and practices. But even with all that knowledge, something inside me still felt incomplete. My soul kept whispering, telling me there were pieces of the puzzle still missing. Where were the other pieces?
I felt the need to keep searching, so I went on to become a Chakradance facilitator, a Joya Crystal Massage therapist, and a Colon Hydrotherapist. It was all fascinating, and I loved each step of the journey — but I was still sick, still tired, and still confused. My body and mind were breaking down instead of repairing.
I became so unwell, in fact, that my bones hurt just lifting a jug of water. My connective tissue felt like it was snapping with the smallest movement. My muscles were so heavy I couldn’t run, and my mind was so cloudy I’d read the same page three times and still couldn’t tell you what the words had said.
I was lost. And I was deeply depressed.
I still hadn’t found my answers.
Until one day… I did.
The answer to my problems was this — movement.
Movement out of the past and into my future.
Movement into a world of healing, creation, and possibility.
But I’m not just talking about movement in the physical sense.
Yes, I did that too — in the form of Neigong, one of the 3 pillars of the Embodied I Ching, which I now teach to others because it was a godsend that helped me change my relationship with chronic illness and fatigue.
But I also learned how to move my mind — and how to move toward my soul. I learned how to move away from the stories that I’d been told — that I was broken, damaged, failing, not enough, and not loveable.
This I was able to do using the R.A.P.I.D. model, that I now deliver through Results Coaching, and through I Ching divination. After finding these methods both to be so effective, I combined them into a process that I now deliver called the I Ching Fusion.
Secret 2
My path to transformation came through spending time alone, with myself — to truly discover who I was.
When I left Canada in 2012 to begin my journey of self-development, I didn’t yet know that what I was really looking for… was me.
Once I stepped outside my comfort zone — and everything I’d ever known — I began to see the reality of my world. Back home, people were miserable, and still to this day, many spend far too much time complaining and judging one another. They often speak ill behind closed doors, placing so much pressure on each other that I’ve watched people break.
Sadly, some of the people I grew up with have since chosen to take their own lives.
This is a form of cultural and social conditioning that had seeped into my own way of being. It’s taken me over a decade to unravel, and I’m still unravelling. Even now, when I go back home, the conditioning and pressure tends to resurface — which can re-trigger a depressive state.
The second secret I discovered — through Results Coaching, is this —
In order to truly unravel and rebuild, the key is to stop spending all of your time and energy focusing on the past and what’s broken. And stop listening to people’s judgements of how they think you are broken.
It’s critically important to make sure you spend time stepping into your future to see that you have healed, that you are whole, and that you’ve become the beautiful person you were born to be.
When I began to live this way, I had my first big breakthrough — because I realised that creation can only exist in the future.
The past holds nothing but the past.
But you can choose to change your future.
When you’re stepping into self-development and healing practices, where you place your focus makes all the difference.
The Results Breakthrough Framework
The framework I use with my clients, called the Results Breakthrough Program, works by balancing your focus across time — creating a holistic, integrated approach:
Weeks 1-3: Supports emotional safety, brings awareness to unconscious patterns, and initiates inner clearing. This is the “inner excavation” stage—like tending soil before planting.
Focus Distribution:
Past: 50% (uncovering root causes, limiting beliefs)
Present: 30% (embodiment, nervous system regulation)
Future: 20% (beginning to shift perspective)
Weeks 4-6: This is where the shift begins—from healing the old to becoming who you truly are. It builds resilience and teaches how to live and feel differently now.
Focus Distribution:
Past: 25% (understanding emotional triggers and patterns)
Present: 50% (embodiment, real-time practice)
Future: 25% (starting to align choices with values)
Weeks 6-10: This final stretch locks in belief and action. It teaches how to live forward, embodying desires with clarity, confidence, and energetic alignment.
Focus Distribution:
Past: 10% (only as reference points for progress)
Present: 40% (integration, habits, embodiment)
Future: 50% (vision, new identity, aligned goals)
Overall Program Focus
Past: ~30%
Present: ~40%
Future: ~30%
This is a well-balanced structure to take you on a journey…
Understanding and healing the past → Anchoring into the present → Creating from a place of embodied alignment.
You don’t just “think” your way into change—you feel it, choose it, and live it. That’s the real breakthrough.
