There are 56 Neigong movements — one for each of the 8 elements, woven through the 7 chakras. Each movement is designed to embody its element, bringing balance, energy, and flow back into the body where it’s needed most.

For example, if you’re feeling scattered, we might use movements that anchor Earth energy through the root chakra. If you’re stuck in emotional loops, we could work with Water energy to bring flow and release.
